As where most careers in Property Management begin, Melissa began her career as receptionist in southern Sydney. It wasn’t long until Melissa established herself in property management and represented some of most successful agencies within Sydney.

Bringing with her to the Ray White Aspley Group is 17 years experience in property management. Over this time, Melissa has recognised the importance of service and meeting client expectations with clear and consistent communication, building relationships with integrity and customising service based on the client’s needs.

Melissa has an innovative leadership approach and a genuine care in people’s career growth and development. She is always looking at ways to create efficiency through technology and training which will allow the team to provide exceptional service to their clients on a personal level, relieve the common property management challenges and ensure the team are working within a supportive and balanced environment.
