Helen began her career in real estate in 2010, gaining valuable experience and insights into the industry. In 2016, she took a significant step by establishing her own Property Management business, where she managed every aspect of the portfolio with a hands-on approach. In 2022, she joined Ray White Aspley, bringing her expertise to a dynamic team while continuing to manage her own portfolio. Helen prides herself on delivering comprehensive Property Management services and building lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants through exceptional care and attention to detail, fostering an environment of trust and cooperation that ensures everything runs smoothly.

Having been a part of the wider Dayboro community for over 30 years, Helen is deeply connected to the area and its people. In 2024, she was honored to receive the Dayboro Resident of the Year award, a recognition that reflects her commitment to this wonderful community. Her passion for property management and charity work drives her every day, and she proudly volunteers on several local committees in her spare time. With properties ranging from Brisbane City to Caboolture and everywhere in between she has a strong understanding of the local market and a dedication to helping others. Helen strives to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.

She is passionate about helping landlords find the perfect tenants for their properties. As a landlord herself, Helen understands the importance of carefully selecting tenants who will treat a home with respect and care.

Communication is at the heart of effective Property Management, especially when navigating challenges. This was particularly evident during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when legislation was changing frequently, and many tenants felt uncertain. Through open and consistent communication, Helen was able to provide reassurance and maintain stability—a reflection of the solid relationships she strives to build with both landlords and tenants.
